From: 8831 20 th Ave (TENANTS) Date: September 10, 2020 Subject: Missing Packages (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC) Outrage is the word to describe what we are feeling right now as tenants from Shore Haven Apts DEL LLC, on building 8831 20 th Ave, a great amount of delivered packages had gone missing in the last couple months. What it is interesting is the fact that we received notifications when our packages were dropped in the lobby. At the beginning we the tenants were promised to be safe and feel secured within Shore Haven buildings and surroundings. Thankfully those things are happening, however we can’t say the same thing when talking about our properties delivered by third parties. We have ordered different things from very little value to a lot of value, specially those possessing sentimental value on it. Some steps can be taken in order to resolved this matter.
