Subject: Missing Packages (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC)

 

Outrage is the word to describe what we are feeling right now as tenants from Shore Haven Apts DEL LLC, on building 8831 20th Ave, a great amount of delivered packages had gone missing in the last couple months. What it is interesting is the fact that we received notifications when our packages were dropped in the lobby.

 

At the beginning we the tenants were promised to be safe and feel secured within Shore Haven buildings and surroundings. Thankfully those things are happening, however we can’t say the same thing when talking about our properties delivered by third parties. We have ordered different things from very little value to a lot of value, specially those possessing sentimental value on it.

 

Some steps can be taken in order to resolved this matter. Cameras in the lobby, inside the elevators, and finally on every floor can assure to captures any person that wants to take what doesn’t belong to him/her. We the tenants also believe on forming an association or a cooperative that is in charge of, if you see something suspicious, say something. Meaning a constant communication between tenants. At last we also vote for you to provide more security presence on our building at your own expenses. Not just on 2044 21st Dr building where your management office is located. We claim this as our right because of the high median rent we pay to live here.

 

Shore Haven Apts DEL LLC must take these actions into their hands to resolved this issue, if steps are not to be taken, this will continue to happen. We are also open to any suggestion from you. But, also feel safe from any repercussions this may led to. Thank you for your time in regard to our issues as tenants. Feel free to reach us at tenants@gmail.com.

Journal Entry # 6

  Technology is everything around us, it helps us do our task easier. Also, to me is artificial intelligence. I think technology inhibits learning because during this time students tend to use technology to accomplish homework, to resolve math-related problems without putting your brain to work, before technology most was done by just using your own mind.  Examples from the text are, "Mr. Campbell goes to sleep with a laptop or phone on his chest. For me, this issue is no good for health, some studies suggest electronic devices can cause illness if not place at a safe distance when sleeping.
